Loading and travelling training for your horses. Whether they are nervous, young, inexperienced or had loading / travelling issues in the past, practice makes perfect.
Cancellation Policy
All business undertaken by Highland Equine Transportation & Services (HETS) is subject to the terms & conditions set out below. These will be set out to be an agreement between Highland Equine Transportation & Services and its customers. HETS carry only Equines subject to these conditions. It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly read these terms and conditions. The customer warrants that they are either the owner of the horses to be carried or are the authorized carer of the horses and accepts these conditions for themselves and for those on behalf of who they are representing. ★ The customer agrees to pay HETS the full amount of the cost of training at the time of booking. If you wish to amend your training date, it must be done before 48 hours of your training commencing and will incur a £5 admin fee charge. ★ Cancellations within 48 hours of training will not be refunded and within 72 hours will be 25% refunded. Of course, there will be unavoidable and exceptional circumstances in which HETS will use discretion, understanding and humanity to liaise with the customer to provide a reasonable outcome. ★ All of our pricing is subject to VAT being added at 20%. . An empty mileage charge of £0.50 per mile will be added for any milage travelled empty, to get to your horse or to return from training your horse. Prices are subject to change as per the economy, rising fuel prices etc. ★ Abuse towards HETS, any staff or persons acting on behalf of H.M.Equine Transportation & Services will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of any contract with no refund given. Repeated abuse and abusive behavior will result in further legal action being taken against perpetrator(s). ★ HETS reserves the right to accept or refuse training of any horse at any time. ★ The customer is responsible/liable for the horses at all times and must ensure that adequate liability insurance is in place. Any damages caused by the horse to any equipment, property or employee's including horse lorries, will be paid for by the customer. HETS will provide an invoice from any one of its service partners for any repairs undertaken. ★ In addition to the above point a fee of £100 +VAT per day will be charged for every day the horsebox is not able to be used, this is to allow for loss of earnings, until the repairs are completed. Customers are invited to complete a visual inspection before training starts.
